Buyer questions

The answers buyers ask for first

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No MOQ on catalogue models — we quote from 10 units and apply tiered pricing as quantity grows. Custom OEM tooling or bespoke housing has its own minimum, typically 100–300 units per model.

Can I order samples before committing to volume?

Yes. Sample units are charged at the single-unit price plus freight, and we send the aging-test result and packing photos with them so you can inspect the exact build you will receive.

What is your production lead time?

Stock models typically ship in 7–15 days. Volume production runs 25–35 days depending on quantity and configuration; the confirmed date is written into the quotation.

Can you print my logo and use my packaging?

Yes. Logo printing and silk-screen, housing colours, product naming, carton artwork, manuals and firmware behaviour are all part of our OEM / ODM service.

What payment and shipping terms do you work with?

Prices are quoted EXW Guangzhou, typically settled by T/T. We also arrange FOB, CIF and DDP shipping to your port or door, and provide CE / RoHS documentation for customs.
